Yard Waste
Disposal Services
The City of Sealy provides the following yard waste
disposal services at utility customers’ service addresses at the indicated
times of the month, as long as certain restrictions are observed and
followed. Some of the services are provided on a user fee basis and will
be billed to the customer accordingly.
Customers may opt to transport any of the waste materials
themselves free of charge to a yard waste disposal pile, which the City
maintains across from the citizen collection station at 1097 Downey Road.
On the days and times when the citizen collection station is open
(see hours of operation above), customers must obtain a key to access the
pile from the attendant on duty.
When the facility is not open, customers must obtain the key from a
City representative in the Planning and Community Development building,
located at 405 Main Street, during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM
to 5:00 PM, excluding
scheduled holidays).
In either case, customers must show identification and a copy of their
City utility bill to receive the key.
