POLICE OFFICER:
This
position is responsible for protecting and serving the citizens of
Sealy by patrolling, solving community problems, performing
preliminary or follow-up criminal investigations, handling traffic
control and enforcing local municipal ordinances, federal laws and
state laws; candidates must
possess current TCLEOSE license and basic certification.
Hourly salary range is $17.55 to $24.18 (negotiable with
experience), plus certification/education pay. EOE
UTILITY WORKER
II - WATER: This position is responsible for
operating vehicles and heavy equipment such as excavators, graders,
loaders, rollers, and other various equipment; cleaning and washing,
preventative maintenance, and servicing of equipment; perform daily
operation and maintenance on water and sewer lines; read and record
consumer water meters.
Requirements include:
High School diploma or GED required; Texas Driver License; ability
to become certified as a groundwater and wastewater operator within
a certain period of time.
Hourly salary range is:
$13.85 to $18.30 (negotiable with experience), plus
certification/education pay.
