There are two types of arrest warrants. ARREST and CAPIAS PRO FINE. An arrest warrant is issued when a Defendant fails to appear for court. A capias pro fine is issued when a Defendant fails to pay as ordered on a balance due.
If you have warrants, CALL THE COURT DIRECTLY TO OBTAIN YOUR OPTIONS. Through March 25th, the court will provide information on how to dispose of your case(s), enter into a payment arrangement, get community service, or provide alternative methods of payment. You may also be scheduled to come in and speak with the judge regarding any indigent or time served claim as well as any request for reconsideration.
