There are five baseball/softball fields and batting cages. The park is owned by the City of Sealy.
The City of Sealy has entered into an agreement with Greater Sealy Little League. The GSLL has a history of volunteering and working to enhance the quality of the facilities. As part of this agreement, they remit a quarterly payment to the City for lighting and pay certain fees for clean up/trash/fertilizer.
All baseball field and batting cage reservations at Chapman BPW, year-round, should be made through the Greater Sealy Little League. Per agreement, the Little League has the right of first use of the baseball facilities.
